What it does
Fastful helps you track intermittent fasting without getting in your way. Start a fast, and the app keeps time so you can focus on the habit instead of the clock. You can review recent fasts, keep an eye on consistency, and use local notifications when you want a reminder to start or finish.
It’s a one-time purchase: no subscription, no hidden tiers, no nudges to upgrade. You pay once and the app works, indefinitely.
How to use it
- Start a fast. Open Fastful and begin tracking with a single tap.
- Follow your progress. Check the timer when you need it, without extra dashboards or distractions.
- Use reminders. Enable notifications if you want a local alert when a fasting window starts or ends.
- Review your week. Browse recent fasts to understand your rhythm and stay consistent.
Why it is simple
- Minimal design: a focused interface for tracking fasts without clutter
- Consistency tracking: a straightforward way to see progress and maintain the habit
- Notifications and reminders: optional local alerts for fasting windows
- Dark and light mode: follows your system appearance
- One-time payment: no subscriptions, hidden fees, or upgrade pressure
